Here are THREE facts about keeping your smile healthy!

1. Your toothbrush can’t reach everywhere! Even with great brushing habits, plaque can build up in hard-to-reach areas, which is why daily flossing is so important!

2. Don’t forget to replace your toothbrush! The American Dental Association recommends replacing your toothbrush or electric toothbrush head every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.

3. Don’t forget your 6-month cleaning! Regular dental cleanings and checkups help keep your teeth and gums healthy. If it’s been six months since your last visit, now is the perfect time to book your next cleaning! 📞🦷
